| Vice President - Tim Cloutier |

Joining the Viper Club of America in 95/96, Tim is one of the original New England Region members. He ordered his first Viper in October of 1994, and then purchased his extremely unique Caroll Shelby special edition Gen II in 1998.
Tim also has lots of experience with Gen I and Gen II performance upgrades. Feel free to ask his advice before buying aftermarket parts. He knows from personal experience that not all upgrades are considered equal! |
| Secretary - Glenn Cote |
[email] |
| Glenn Cote has been a car nut since he returned from Vietnam in 1969, when he purchased a 1969 396/375 HP Chevelle. Three motors were done in by street racing and some drag racing (12.8 sec best). Corvettes were the next burning desire: 1965 Conv. 327, 1968 Conv. 327, 1967 Coupe 327, 1967 Coupe 427/400 HP (keeper), 1958 Conv. 283/270 hp (keeper). After just one look up close at a 1994 Viper Conv. in yellow/black and he "had to have one". Glenn owned it for about a year, after which he saw the 2001 Yellow “bumblebee” coupe. Not a second thought was necessary. He again "had to have it." |

| Performance Director - Rick Desrosiers |

Rick drives a "yelloh" 2005 SRT-10. He can remember it like it was yesterday. He received the call informing him that he could order his yellow Viper! After waiting 2 years to do so, not only did he join a great club, but he joined a club that made him feel like he was part of the family. It didn't take long for him to want to get active within the club and be a part of the Viper community. |
| Technical Director - Chuck Tator |

Chuck has been the NY/CT TD since 1995 and many VCA members know him very well. He is a certified Viper Tech since the beginning and "Tator's Dodge" has been a Dodge Dealer since 1914.
Chuck is always available to the membership for questions, or if you just want to talk about your Viper.

| Event Coordination Director - Joe Mori |

Joe's power hunger started when his father purchased a 69 Barracuda. Although he was very young at the time, he still remembers the thrill of riding in that car. His horsepower desires were reignited when Dodge debuted the Viper concept. Still too young, he settled on models and die casts. Today, he and his wife Donna are the proud owners of two complimentary Vipers. The first one bought from a NEVCA member is a 96 RT/10 and the other one is the VOI9 coupe, both white w/blue stripes. |

| Club Videographer - Shawn Roubian |

Shawn's first ride in a Viper was when his friend's father first took delivery of a brand new 1996 Dodge Viper GTS. Ever since then his goal was to own one. In 2004 he purchased a 1996 Viper GTS and has had an ear to ear grin ever since. Prior to that Shawn played with a mustang 5.0, 68 firebird 400, street bikes, and a BMW M3; none comparing to the looks and power of the Viper.
To help capture and remember club events Shawn provides a different look of our Viper's through the lens of a video camera. He compiles the footage into short productions recapping the event's highlights. |
